It was acceptable but I would like to ask why young men were asking if they could ‘shank’ me for my ‘ice.’ A very confusing moment but nonetheless, the station is useable but makes my eyes bleed every time I open them inside it. 3 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️

It's fine for a train station, multiple points of access and numerous bus services. The underground area to access platforms 2 and 3 could be improved a fair bit in terms of signage and illumination.

Tall girl with long brown/red hair pulled back was absolutely useless and of zero help. If shes not willing to help customers, then why is she even there?? She was also on her phone for about a minute in the background AFTER noticing me standing at the window. Yeah.. just had to finish that last tweet or insta post

Broadmeadows is a main train station not only for Metro trains but the Vline and XPT train at least. If you are going to Sydney, you have to get to platform 3 and that is via the tunnel or subway. It’s not user friendly for anyone that doesn’t know there way around and it is especially not user friendly for aged, hurt, disabled in anyway or for that matter parents with children. This station is in desperate need of an update with an over pass and a lift to get people to where there need to go. There is also very little signage around that gives decent directions and there are a lot of turns that for people that have not been here, or not much it is or can be confusing. We spent a lot of time trying to find a way to get to the side of platform 3 but it was a loss. If you need to get to platform 3 look for Anglicare in Broadmeadows because it’s opposite platform 3.It’s also a very dark place at night, I say this because I have taken the train from here before, so safety is something that needs to be addressed.Parking: Yes there is some car parks on Pascoe Vale Rd side along with the public buses. However, the car park needs updating because it’s a tripping hazard if you have a walking stick or anything like that.

I love this station so much, everyone is so lovely and caring, i love the community here! especially when they offer to hold my wallet for me, so thoughtful; it even comes back a bit lighter so its easier to carry. 10/10 would recommend.

wholesome people always caring, a lot of teenagers in groups with their friends having fun which reminded me of my child hood, but they were wearing Nikes and hats with bags which confused me but very wholesome moment

Simply disgusting & 3rd world grade station. Needs a full renovation and counter staffs needs to undertake some form education to improve their customer service skills.

“Children aged 5 to 18 can travel on a concession fare with a Child myki. Teenagers aged 17 and 18 must carry government-issued proof of age ID (such as a passport, learner permit, or Proof of Age card“(literal PTV site). Hopefully this will stop whom ever from fighting me on getting a concession card as an 18 year old student. Much love hope you get the training you need hun.

A fair bit rundown condition all around the railway station. It needs some patch up or else upgrade in 2 years time.
