Fassifern Railway Station is a staffed station, with elevators and a bus interchange, at Fassifern. It is station staffed and can sometimes get busy.

Fassifern Station
One of the best stations on the Central Coast/Newcastle Line. Plenty of trains to Sydney, Newcastle, North Coast and North West (Armidale/Moree). I was sad to learn of the Toronto branch line's closure in 1990. It could really use connecting buses to the other side of Lake Macquarie to access the suburb of Belmont and it's surrounding suburbs.

Thank you so much Fassifern railway for assisting when I accidentally left my backpack on the Cardiff platform on a trip to Sydney: it was sent on to Fassifern station where I picked it up after an anxious hours wait. The Fassifern Station Master was extremely helpful:

Nice clean station master freindy n on duty all the times announments always reminds passenger aware od safety times table on all the times.nice peoples in Fassifern..thumb up n happy to travelling by train n especially if stop over at Fassifern parking spaces huge bus services nice too there....

Very lush and green and the cecarders were de fern ing fassernatingly, and I lost my Opal card can't wait for implants
