A great example of under-promising and over delivering!!Dropped some window winders off to get rekeyed and was advised that they'd need to order some barrels in and could be up to a week... got a phone call the next day that they were ready to collect.Good price too for rekeying with new barrels.

Called the number in the website. Quoted $60 for a replacement key for asx. Transfered to the coverly park branch and they said $200. I called back to the first place and they called me back after $10 min and said corvely park will do it for $60. Came to the place and waited 30min and the guy says $200. ????

Poor customer service, first said that the Keys will be ready in 20mins and then when called to check as the keys were not ready even after 2 hours the response I got was that “ Have I called you yet?”. I said “No”. He said “So your keys are not ready and if you need your keys then come and get them and take them somewhere else”I feel this was very poor customer service.

A little gruff over the phone but I can hardly blame the bloke considering the vague request I made. Saved me quite a lot by cloning a chip rather than having to buy and program new keys and remotes into my car. $70 for a new chip, but given how much of a pain the car was, it was a more than fair price. Good service and know their stuff, I would recommend their services.

Friendly, polite, and very helpful. Helped with locks and keys, and was very helpful explaining my options. Wanted 2 locks - bought 1 at Nelson Head Office in the city (they only had 1) and the other lock here at Clovelly Park. They charged less here than Head Office and Head Office charged more than their website? Definitely come to Clovelly Park again, wouldn't go to the Head Office again.

Walked in asked about a keyless entry fob for mazda 323 as oem one was failing even with a new battery and button soldered. Guy there was nice and even let me program it myself to save some money.Good money spent and will come back for any other locksmith needs.
