Ordered a white tea with milk. Served with a lid, hot almost white tea served right up to the rim, not steeped at all. Can someone teach the gentle staff how to make a decent cup of tea and leave a gap at the top of the up to prevent scalding your hand.

I have never seen the lady at customer service smiling, definitely not the person I would like to get my morning coffee from.Though the cafe closes at 4pm, they stop taking order for coffee even before that!! Not heading back

Gave me an extra marshmallow for my little brother! So, my family have been experiencing a hard time, and for the first time I decided to get my little brother out of the noisy house to the library to study for his upcoming exams (he was stressing), I was working next to him and decided to get a Hot Choccie for us both to share, I got one marshmallow and impulsively ate it before getting back to him, I felt bad and asked for another one, the lady working said we usually only give one" but made an exception

My fave place in the Eastern Burbs to relax and have the BEST coffee in Camberwell by far!The manager Thea and her lovely staff are always super friendly- AND they remember how you take your coffee even after months away during Lockdown!- unreal!The community vibe in the heart of Camberwell Town Hall with garden setting and Library door right here is second to none!. Plus they support an equitable employment workplace - giving local unemployed a fair go!- This place is “ fair dinkum! And Dandy without being over fancy! And their food is great too!

Friendly staff serving the best banana bread ever. Beautiful outdoor area to sit when the weather is fine. Plus they do all this while training participants in cafe operations. An incredible social enterprise!
