Totally dissatisfied. Will be 2 weeks 2morrow, at a cost of $91:80. Went in today to complain they are peeling & chipping. They had no excuse, but said they are only guaranteed for 2 weeks... & basically, that's the way it is. Absolutely disappointing....would not recommend Castle Plaza Mani Pedi to any one!!!

Nail Technician was lovely, I use to go to a different nail salon but my nails never lasted from there. Often breaking half way down my nail bed. Since changing to your shop I've never had an issue and will continue to come to your salon exclusively.Thank you very much.

I understand and sympathise with the fact that it’s close to Christmas and it must be very busy, but waiting for 1 hour is unacceptable. After repeatedly being asked if we had a booking, to which we had booked 2 acrylic nails, we continued to wait. After an hour had passed, we asked how much longer we would be waiting for, and the woman asked again whether we had a booking and what services we were looking to get done. We then were told to wait another 20 minutes and at that point I decided to leave. A complete waste of time.

I had such a wonderful experience at this particular salon today! I’m annoyed I didn’t get the lady’s name but she was an absolutely beautiful person, lovely to chat to and made me feel so comfortable. Not to mention did a brilliant job of my nails, I couldn’t recommend her more!

Went here to get my SNS removed and shellac instead, she lady started off just ripping the SNS off and ruined my pinky nail off while it was hurting. I said something so she soaked the rest off like normal. Now my pinky has a chunk with no nail and feels tender. The shellac lasted 1.5 days before chipping too :(

Have visited this salon on many occasions and always been happy, however today the staff member even though being friendly did not listen to what I wanted, I have a wedding to attend and wanted ombré nails. I was unhappy with her original attempt so was basically told to just pick a colour. My nails were too long, unevenly shaped and I was not required to wash my hands before polish was applied. I was left with filing under my nails, which I then went home and washed off. I am sorry I trusted this salon with my nails for this special event.

Im so used to nail places either being too slow or too rough - I've become accustomed to expecting pain. I had a full Mani Pedi session and I felt like they were genuinely putting effort in to ensure not only that I wasn't in pain, but I was relaxed. 10/10 job ladies

The lady who spoke to me was very abrupt on arrival, she asked me to come back 15 mins later because they were busy so I did. They asked me to sit on the pedicure massage chair, there were dirty nail tools and clipped off nails on every station, I was quite concerned at how dirty the equipment and chairs were. They told me they were 10 mins anyway, after 15-20 mins I was started to get irritated. Especially because there weren't many people there and they did not look very busy. The girl next to me was attended to first, so I waited to see if they were getting clean equipment out, they did not. So I left. Very unhygienic.
