The only thing worse than the costly, appalling 'quality' tap we purchased from Reece Plumbing, has been the after sales service" by this organisation. We have been promised the installation of a replacement tap for months and we are now tired of nagging and waiting for a response. Whilst we can accept that products are occasionally faulty
