Friendly, fairly priced, fast. We went here after an unsatisfying visit to Esola. We just needed rings re-sized and were quoted the same prices we had seen and were quoted elsewhere plus the staff were so kind and the resizing was done by their in-house, on-site jeweler who could do it for us with the next day pick up (at Esola we would have had to wait two weeks for the ring to be sent externally, re-sized, and then returned to the store). We also felt more confident dealing with an in-house jeweler who we could speak to about our specific gemstones and size requirements as my husbands finger was literally off the ring gauge chart! This way they cut the ring, expanded it and then tested it on his finger so it was a perfect fit. We couldn’t have got that service if we simply spoke to store sales staff and the ring was sent to an off-site jeweler. Very happy we gave these guys our custom. Thank you!
