What a wonderful communication method with patients who only require a voice on the other end of the phone to book an appointment.Automated message says to call 000 in case of an emergency......Thanks for the heads up but I just wanted to book an appointment with a local doctor.Very poor communication and very poor patient care......0 Stars

Reception staff are unhelpful and not pleasant to deal with, often just plain rude.A shame as the doctors are great.

Doctors were lovely and so were some receptionists but there were definitely some other receptionists who were quite rude. I had called them up as I had wondered why my second COVID vaccine hadn't yet come through on my immunisation history after more than 10 days. The first receptionist was very kind but the second one informed me that there was nothing wrong on their end and they had sent it through successfully but before I could ask any further questions, I was promptly hung up on. Very 50/50 on the phone as you can either get someone who is willing to help you or someone who isn't.

The reception brown haired women should get fired because I've been to this clinic multiple time just because of the nice doctors not receptionist and now I've had enough of this mean women she misunderstands patients she left me out crying she was being so racist to me as an Asian this clinic needs to change receptions.

We easily booked an appointment for a COVID vaccination at this clinic via Hot Docs. It's not our usual medical clinic, but we really hope that it will be going forward. The staff and Dr Ingram were very punctual, prompt and polite - we sat down and were then called within a minute or two. It was a quiet clinic which is perfect for our teens who were nervous about having their first Covid vaccination. They have never been really sick so they don't make regular visits to a medical clinic. The Dr was professional, great bedside manner and promptly gave the injections, done! I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough - especially if you have anxious teens or special needs family members. Our teens walked out smiling and had such a positive experience. Lots of onsite parking. Thank you for looking after us today, we truly appreciate it.

Reception people are mostly bad, they don’t smile at you and make you feel welcome. They’re quite rude and snobby. Doctors are very good though, what a shame.

No one picks up the phone most of the time if I call just after 8:30am. I have to call again and again every few minutes till someone answers. One reception staff is not friendly to patients. At least the doctors are professional and the nurse at the pathology is excellent.

I went to this clinic to get my booster yesterday and I asked for any other spot that if my husband could get it earlier than his booking time. The lady at the reception wrote my husband's name and told me she gonna call me for any available vaccine prior his appointment! After getting my vaccine I went at her desk again to say thank you" but I saw she crossed out my husband's name and when I asked her she tried to pretend that she didn't know any thing and she left her desk. My husband has Muslim name and I am pretty sure that it happened because he is muslim.It was an obvious discrimination. He canceled his appointment with that clinic."

If I could give this zero stars I would - went in for a first visit consult as I’ve done something to my lower back and can’t move without agonising pain. Dr Virginia Mohr saw me for ten minutes, told me to go get a massage and put a heat pack on and sent me out of the room. I also asked for a mental health care plan to which she dismissed completely after asking to be referred to a trauma specialist psychologist. I left the clinic in tears and when I went back in after not being able to get back in my car reception told me as I was a new patient they couldn’t help me. I am so disgusted. Paid $70 for this consult as well even after online telling me it was bulk billed? Sort it out. Most pitiful clinic take your family elsewhere cause this place doesn’t care about anything except the fee you pay on your way out.

Highly recommended. Kerry at reception, as well as Nurse Sue from pathology along with all the other staff at reception are genuinely really nice and friendly. Without any hesitation whatsoever, they act instantly to help achieve your requests.As for the doctors, I cannot recommend any higher. They're knowledgeable, friendly, professional and genuinely care for all their patients. ParticularlyDr Virginia and Dr Neil Cameron the doctors just stated are highly recommended.Thankyou. :)
