Ken has been an absolute legend through the whole process. Mind you the process started over a year ago when I first reached out. Since then Ken had been answering all my questions and responded very quickly. I finally pulled the trigger last weekend and I couldn't be more happier with the result. I'm not very technical but Ken walked me through the process step by step explaining everything.I'm still smiling to this day. After having owned my BMW M3 F80 for 2 years i was missing the excitement so i looked into getting it tuned.i spoked to big name tuners and discovered all stage 1 one will give the same result. I was recommended by a friend who had his AMG A45 tuned @Tune2race. I reached out to Ken who talked me through the whole process in detailed i didnt get more than 5 minutes from another agent . The fact i witness and saw the whole process Ken's with explanations other agents would not allow this till handover i loved the whole experience . I was recommended by a friend to get my car tuned by nomadic tuned. I purchased a stage 1 tune + crackle map on my golf gti MK 7 which showed a highly noticeable improvement. I loved the fact nomadic tunes is a mobile service so essentially you can see what’s being done to your car. Ken was very friendly, informative and trustworthy throughout the whole process. At first I was abit skeptical because of the low price, I thought it may have been dodgy but I was definitely wrong. Great improvements and impeccable customer service both online and in person. Would 100% recommend this to anyone - great work ken!

Ken was great to deal with ,New exactly what he was talking about.Also ran me threw every part of the tune and how it worked which was great defiantly delivered top service .And for the tune I have a vw mk5 32 08modelKen also recommended the appropriate tune for my car in which was stage 1 until I get an upgraded intake needed then I would be able to go to stage 2I also had a lot of trouble with 2 of my o2 sensors bank 1circuit 1Bank 2 circuit 1In which I have had numerous mechanics look into and we unable to Rectify the issue.Ken was able to rectify this issue without even touching the machanics of the car and also explained how he did it which was great.Highly recommendedThanks again KenCheers George

Ken is a very capable professional with great communication and nothing was too much hassle in helping to extract the best performance from my car. The throttle response is noticeably sharper after the Nomadictuned map was loaded and the driveability of the car has greatly improved. Im beyond ecstatic about how the tune turned out. The pops and bangs sound amazing. Ken is such an amazing guy to work with. He is really passionate about cars and you know your car is in good hands!
