You Master Chinese Massage & Foot Spa

The massages I have had here have been very mixed. There seems to be a high turnover of masseurs, so you don't know what you will get. The masseurs also talk with each other.

I tried this place as a walk in, and I found the atmosphere to be lovely and relaxing. I had the foot spa, massage and neck and shoulder massage. The service was excellent and I found my therapist to be very caring and responsive to my requests. Definitely the best shopping mall massage experience I've had. I would return for sure.

Love the youmaster massage service have been just under a dozen times great deep tissue massage and service! Grateful that they are there! Keep it up!

Had a foot massage, it was incredibly painful. I told the therapist she was hurting me and she smiled and continued to inflict pain on me instead of being a little gentler. Over 24 hours later my feet still hurt and bruises are developing

Was good prior to lockdown. Went back today and had different people. Lady talked me into extending my 10 minutes 15 dollar special" to 30 minutes for 50 dollars. She insisted after 25 minutes that it had been 30 minutes. I knew from check in data it was not a fact. Unprofessional and dishonest. Will not return."

The worst massage experience ever in Canberra. Went there for 45mins back and shoulder massage ($70) during the lunch break. During the massage, that lady went out and came in for at least 4 times. Called her coworkers for at least 3 time while she was still massaging me with one hand. Located in shopping mall, super noisy can’t relax at all. I noticed that the lady didn’t wash her hands when she came out to get something from another customer. The massage skill was terrible. No skill at all.keep pushing on my neck although I reminded her twice I didn’t want it. Please don’t go there and waste your time and money.

Not good massage

I highly recommend Kiko. She was very attentive and could located tense muscles without me having to point my problem areas out. Consistent pressure throughout. Very friendly too!
