It was a timely knock on the front door that a Smartowners salesman made an offer to get a quote for re-pointing (badly cracked after 25 years) and a repaint. The quote we received was very competitive and the information provided about the Company and the process was sufficient to give the go-ahead. Winter conditions caused some understandable delays but we had regular contact re a start date. The team was very personable to us and explained their process before undertaking the preparation and following stages over the 3 days. A professional job completed and cleaned up leaving us with a renewed roof and piece of mind about a safe , secure and weather proof roof over our heads. Thank You.

It might have taken a while from whoa to go... but we made it 8 months later... The unavoidable delays around weather, personnel, tradies and covid at least the open communication lines were in place. And we are pleased to say we are very happy with the end result. :)

very happy with the the roller shutters on my two front windows they are electronic so don't have to wind them up and down and have a remote and can work them from outside the house just a small note the motors are little noisy very happy with them installers were very good didn't take them long to install

We recently had our roof restored by Smartowners after receiving an extremely competitive quote. We are very pleased with the quality of the work, the new appearance of our house, and the reliability of our roof. The work was carried out in good time around inclement weather and all Smartowners personnel were informative, helpful and courteous. Great work! A good company to deal with.

We are very satisfied with the entire company and process. Had our roof restored (April 2022) and opted to have new veranda roof panels fitted by them(following hail damage). Everyone there I dealt with, from initial contact to very considerate tradespeople, to accounts made the whole process easy and hassle free. Can't recommend highly enough and will use again if needed without hesitation!

A Smartowners rep was inspecting roof in my street 2 months ago and luckily enough l was home.The Rep informed me the tile condition, broken tiles and damaged pointing was an issue with my tiled roof and in due time without repairs being carrier out l would have series issues with rain getting into my roof and onto the celingI now have had all broken tiles replaced and the pointing also repaired.Smartowners provided a very friendly and helpfully tradesmanThe job was completedThanks heaps to all staff involved
