Great little gym, particularly for after hours work outs. No strange lurkers or sauced up gorillas. Just regular courteous people working on themselves.One problem that holds the space back is a lack of any area for boxing cardio. No bags or anything like that. That would make this gym the neat little package for me. Otherwise, all the other essentials you need to get swole.

This place is my second home! Tony is an awesome personal trainer. I’ve been training with him for 7 months and he is super supportive, patient and kind! Tony has educated me on body recomposition and how I can look after my mind and body through weightlifting and nutrition. The gym has a great community vibe as well!

BEST GYM EVERRRR!!! Gym is super super clean, the weights can be easily found and throughout the day, youlll barely see random weights on machines or on the floor! I’ve been training with PT Tony for a couple months now and this dude has changed my life… like literally. I’ve always been so negative about how I look at nutrition and my whole wellbeing, but he has been such an amazing help throughout my weight loss journey! Wouldn’t be the person I am today without this dude! Definitely recommend having him as your pt or honestly meeting him in general! Make his schedule busy, he’s the best of the best

Plus fitness wolli creek is a great gym to train at! I have been training with Tony for about 4 months and he has pushed me to become stronger. He is also always checking in with me and assessing my form, allowing me to execute my lifts better! Highly recommend Tony as a coach!

Tony is a really good PT. I started with him a year ago, I can see my body transform a lot, also increased my passion for training, not just losing weight but getting stronger and building more muscle. I started knowing nothing about nutrition and training, and now I'm confident in the gym and know so much more about the food I eat. Highly recommend Tony to everyone who wants to sign up for PT sessions.

The best gym in the area and has everything that you will need. The Staff and the personal trainers are extremely welcoming making me feel at home in the gym. Everyone is super friendly !Tony is an awesome personal trainer who voluntarily helps out members whenever he's free. He even offered free consultation session to help me with my personal goals.This is gym that you got to go to if you live around the area !

I don't recommend! Don't get the membership here.Equipment is taking over two months to be fixed they don't do maintenance. On weekends/public holidays there isn't people caring about cleaning or replacing products necessary like toilet paper!The gym is always crowded and REALLY HOT.

All the PTs are helpful and friendly plus a convenient location. Considering it is a 24 hours gym, they maintain the cleanliness pretty well as the cleaners come in everyday. However the gym equipment are very run down and cramp spaces
