came here to pick up a parcel from Toll. told Toll to leave it by the front door that i'd be home; but no, they had to take it to this newsagency. a few customers were here when i arrived. the staff that served me was not friendly at all. another staff (owner?) asked if i was ok (i was opening up the parcel because it was too big for my bag). i said yes.." then he just walked off while i was still saying the rest of the sentence."

For a variety of stationery, and all products for birthdays, Christmas, etc, from cards to wrapping paper, and specialised gifts, like Mothers day, etc. There are magazines for just about any interest, and puts other news agency's to shame! Plus it's so organised for easy access. You'll find this out when you pop in and peruse, ohhh yeahhhh... don't forget the lotto picks too, while you're there! ENJOY!

Best News Agencies in Perth wirh a wide variety of newspapers, magazines, stationary, cards and much more.Staff are always friendly and professional and always willing to help. A lucky spot to get your lotto too5 star services everytime .Highly recommended

The owner has 0 customer service skills and made me feel like I didn’t exist. Would not even try to help out and was extremely rude. The other girl would have helped had he not been right there. Felt sorry for her. Would not recommend.

I try to support local businesses but unfortunately will not be going to Lucky Charm any longer. You are always kept waiting if you try to do the right thing and stand in line, but it seems that if you skip the line and just approach the counter you are served immediately. Spoke to the owner today to complain, didn't get much of a response, just kind of grunted, certainly no apology. Have found that he never makes eye contact with the customers! Very strange way to run a business.

its a decent sized newsagency, and its got quite a surprising collection of greeting cards. not so much on the magazines though. the staff working here are very friendly too.

You need to update your operating hours on Google so that it's correct. Wasted an hour driving to and from your store on Saturday only to find you were closed, when it says you are open online until 5.30pm.
