I had a good experience with R and D Auto, they change 2 injectors on my Land Cruiser Prado 2015 a few months ago and since my car is reliable and trustworthy

My Mazda 3 needed a new clutch, so I posted a job on AutoGuru. I required the job to be done in one day. Anthony from R&D Auto Services provided the best quote - by far - and guaranteed that he could complete the job in one day.Anthony and his team worked past their normal operating hours so that they could honour their word. Not only did they finish the job in a single day, but they also dropped my vehicle back off to my residence.I saved hundreds of dollars by choosing R&D to replace my clutch, and I have the utmost respect for that team. They went above and beyond to keep their promise, and their service greatly exceeded my expectations.

Booked time for regas, arrived to the workshop 10 min earlier, waiting outside in the car 20min longer thany appointment time, but this is ok, I understand, then the gentelmen in a very dirty close with a very dirty in greas and oil hands come to me and send me I have to wait inside. I sad it's ok, I can wait here but he sad no, you have to wait in side in they waiting room and they can not allow me to drive car in. Here I understand they ready to take my car, I sad ok and asked if he has a driver licence. He becomes very angry after this question, sad something Iike good bye"

I recently took my car in to R and D auto services to have the clutch replaced. Anthony and I agreed on a price and the job commenced. Anthony kept me informed all the way through the process like a true professional. I read through some of the earlier reviews and can't understand why they'd post anything bad as the work carried out and the service was above standard. Had my air con regassed and while it was being done he had a look and pointed out some other issues I had with my car.Very much appreciate letting me know before they got too bad.

Came for a Re gas on 18/1 , 10 days later the aircon was blowing a hot air.Make another booking today 6/2 , I was 5 mins late and the guy was so rude . Telling me that he need to re book me. Is he bloody kidding ? Doesn’t even deserve a star at all . He rude and cranky old man.! What a rip off. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE !!!

Great mechanic, friendly and knowledgeable. Was fast with my repairs and a great price, definitely recommend.

Had a steering coupling bush badly needing replacement in my Hyundai Veloster, a cheap part under $15 but a very expensive job due to labour. I spent time to call multiple mechanics, but R and D had the best availability, affordability, understanding and professionalism. Very happy to support this small business. Thanks Anthony.

I originally brought in my Jeep to get the tyres done and when I mentioned another issue I was having Anthony explained to me and walked me through what might be happening and why it was occurring. As it turns out that was exactly the issue that no other mechanics could diagnose and Anthony provided a well-priced and fast solution for me which ended up solving the issue. More recently I called Anthony for a second opinion for an engine issue I was having, the original mechanics told me it was going to be $2700 to fix, however Anthony asked me to bring it in and showed me that it was not was I was originally told and was a completely different part of the engine that had an issue and saved me the money on replacing a part that didn’t need to be replaced. Anthony and his apprentice are both incredibly respectful and helpful gentlemen and I will be recommending R & D Autos whenever someone asks me for a good mechanic

Anthony is a wonderful human and an exceptional mechanic.Was told by another company that our car needed a complete new engine.Devastated, I searched the net for help.Anthony reached out to me via Oneflare and I am so happy he did.He checked out our car and found that it did not need a replacement engine, and that the previous mechanic company, ( a large, well known one) had lied and not completed any service and maintenance work correctly.He worked tirelessly to find all the problems and gave us a complete run down of the work to be done.Needless to say he saved us thousands of dollars and we have our car back as good as new.Anthony is honest and definitely not into ripping customers off.He is all about customer service,value for money and perfection of work.
