Fantastic service!I had 4 large boxes, a suitcase and a bike shipped from the UK (London) to Australia. All of the items arrived in pristine condition and I was especially happy by the care in which my bike was put into a box and stored.The boxes were dropped off and collected on time. Our packages arrives 2 weeks prior than expected (up to 3 months) which was wonderful.All communication and updates were helpful and informative.The website itself was a little tricky to use at first, however it becomes easier the more you use it.Being provided with all the materials you need including customs list formatting to ensure all good are itemised and accounted for really helped.I could not recommend them highly enough!

I used them to ship 3 boxes from Toulouse to Sydney. Everything was transparent as declared by the company throughout the process. I opted against their insurance as most of my contents were replaceable. They ship boxes to you after you’ve paid a deposit on your predicted shipment, then they ask for the balance based on what you actually end up shipping - they also give you a label to return any unused boxes (if more than 7).The boxes were then scheduled for collection and come the day a UPS guy collected them and that was it! Roll forwards 3 months, and periodically checking their tracker website for where the boat was...my boxes arrived, delivered to my door after paying quarantine/handling fees (which I was aware of at the quoting stage). Chap who delivered them was very pleasant and professional - dropped the boxes off and took a pic for his records. All boxes were as I sent them, I am confident they weren’t abused or broken into.Overall I am very pleased with sevenseas and have subsequently recommended them to friends moving abroad - I consider this review testament to their professionalism and reasonable pricing.

I was finally able to complete my move from South Africa to Australia and needed an affordable and reliable freight company to help me.Seven Seas Worldwide had the best rates to move my boxes by container and the whole process was seamless. They provided the boxes for packing in South Africa, picked up the boxes, and delivered them to my new home in Australia. The tracking system on their website was fairly informative of where we were at with the shipping along the way. Boxes were picked up in February and arrived in June, which was what I was expecting with this.The driver, Andre, was super friendly and helpful in getting my boxes to me.Overall, I could not be happier with the affordable price and great service I got to have my final belongings safely with me.Thank you for the great service!

Our load from South Africa to Sydney was collected in July2021 with a quote stating it will arrive late Sept 2021. We payed in full before collection. We then got told it will only arrive in Oct 21 because of Covid. Then it got moved to Nov 21. Now when i phone i get the call centre with a possibility of having a supervisor phoning you back. Everyone say they need to speak to South Africa side to find out where our shipment is and no one phones back then. Seems like out shipment is lost. And no one takes responsibility for this. You as customer must just watch as everything unfolds. It is an utter disgrace of what they might call SERVICE.

Do not use Seven Seas.Despite their “no hidden fees” guarantee there are actually hidden fees everywhere!Once they had my goods they added 39% to the volume measurements and charged me extra and then also applied an overweight fee despite assuring me that weight didn’t affect the quote.When I finally received the goods I remeasured them and confirmed my original measurements were perfectly correct but Seven Seas refused to refund.This feels dubious to me!THE FOLLOWING IS MY REPLY TO SEVEN SEAS RESPONSETo Seven Seas, your reply is disingenuous.You did indeed make a tiny $10 change to the charge after I queried it, but even after that you had still overcharged me significantly.I sent you photographic proof of the box dimensions and weights after they arrived in Australia. Is it your contention that your warehouse measurements were accurate despite being 39% highly than my own? And do you really claim that the boxes somehow shrunk during transit back to the exact same dimensions I confirmed to you at the start?Is anyone buying this?The reality is that after the boxes are in your possession, you can decide the boxes are bigger and charge extra to your heart’s content - there is very little the customer can do about it.In addition, it is not remotely clear on your website that weight influences the price. I even telephoned your customer service line to specifically query that point and I was assured that weight was irrelevant. It would be easy enough to add a weight field to your quoting tool, but for some reason you do not do this.In reality you have overcharged by by 14%. I have made reasonable attempts to resolve the issue directly with you, and provided conclusive evidence to support my position. Despite this, you have completely refused to correct your error. You have ignored my arguments and refused to acknowledge the substance of my complaint.Your no hidden fees guarantee is utterly meaningless.People reading this - DO NOT TRUST Seven Seas Worldwide!

Shipping from Uk to Australia, says 72-90 days. Ours took just over 6months to arrive. With hidden fees Ofcourse even though the website says there will be none. Then after 6 months we are told to book delivery within a week or will be charged MORE. Ofcourse took the day off work to be emailed the day before saying delivery has changed again when I was working and they couldn’t do anything about it. Took it off, luckily there were 2 people home as they didn’t even get out of the back of the truck to help bring it in. Avoid to save a lot of stress…

The only reason they are getting a one is cause I can’t give them a zero, we organsied a movecube from the UK to Australia. We were advised of a time they would drop off the empty cube in England to which they failed to show up, after we chased them finally 5 hours later they showed up to be told the job was never booked. Once came to Australia we had a situation meaning we wouldn’t be home for the time allocated however they would not change the time and if someone wasn’t home they would charge a fee. They were late again when dropping off our cube in Australia, due to traffic which wouldn’t be such an issue but they couldn’t be flexible for us but we had to be for them.

DO NOT USE! I used this company to ship 1 suitcase from Canada to Australia and the tracking was never available! I was told it would arrive by July and it didn't arrive until the end of August (the account was paid in full in April). They also only have set delivery days (not negotiable even though you've paid a premium) and you are charged additional fees if you say you will pick it up from the depot which is just a money hungry grab at more cash. When the delivery driver called he was incredibly rude and I will go out of my way to tell people to never use this service. I used sendmybag for all other deliveries and had the most pleasant experience and received my items within 2 weeks.

Excellent service. I used seven seas to get my things from London to Sydney. They were always on time with the delivery of boxes to collecting them for transport. Staff were super friendly. They were honest that shipping would take longer than normal due to COVID and port issues. Staff were great again on delivery of the boxes. Thank you

Quote provided before booking is not accurate. Once you put down the deposit they inform you of other hidden fees via an email that will triple the cost. When I tried to cancel on the phone the customer service operator hung up on me, forcing me to call back again as you cannot cancel any other way.avoid this service at all costs.
