Headstart Early Learning Centre Carnegie

My son was previously in another 2 centres before he started at Headstart Carnegie, so it is easy for me to compare. I never feel so good with the facilities, the educators and the administrative staff. Headstart Carnegie is far the best decision we made for the education of our son. Thanks for been part of our family, you will be deeply missed next year.

I started my 5 month old here this year, was a bit scared as she was so young and my first but needn't have worried as Mel and Kira in the babies room are brilliant. She loves it here and I have found it imperative for her development.

Great group of educators and well run centre. Seperate areas for different age groups indoor and outdoor. The daily photos are great and the little update for the day is also nice. Would recommend to others.

My daughter goes to Head start Carnegie.Me and my wife have been very happy to have sent our daughter here. We consider putting her here as one of the best decisions we have taken about her.All the educators here are very matured and have been passionate and creative with what they do.I highly recommend this place and appreciate them what they do.Keep doing the awesome work guys

This place has been a nightmare, a few staff are actually nice but the rest are either hate their job or over worked because they look unfriendly and rude, wouldn't want to leave my child here. My child was always sick after attending and I have had the worst experience with this place. Unless you are desperate then leave your child here other wise don't. Watch out with their fees and administration also some evil looking staff who by the way when you turn your back they left your child to cry on their own and the way they spoke to the kids is pure disgrace! My account was paid up to the day I received their debt notice email and a week after I gave my two weeks termination notice. A formal complaint has been lodge to their head office and also to the Victorian Child care investigation department.

Love sending my baby to headstart Carnegie! Best team in town - Chantelle is an awesome manager - so accommodating and everyone is so caring! I love knowing my baby (now 3!) has the best days and I especially love hearing about how much fun he has in his day. Facilities are great but the staff are my favorite!!!

We’ve been at the centre for nearly 3 years now and can not fault it. There is very little staff turnover which is excellent and all the staff are lovely, our son adores them. We’ve even moved further away from the centre and have others closer to us now but we are so happy with Headstart Carnegie we wouldn’t even consider leaving.

We are new to Headstart after moving to the area. My son had been in care for two years at a facility we loved, so we were apprehensive to relocate him. I needn't have worried. WE LOVE HEADSTART CARNEGIE! My son has slotted in beautifully. He is making loads of new friends, and loves his new educators. We love how engaged he is by his educators. Our second child starts next month, and we know he is in great hands. Thank you to the team at Headstart Carnegie.
