Visited this store on 12/03/23 and was served by Ricky. Ricky was extremely welcoming and friendly and offered me many great deals! Ricky went above and beyond to ensure I received the best service I could. His efforts did not go unnoticed! The woman on the front desk was also very friendly and ensured we were comfortable from the second we walked in! Great experience in this store! :))

Staff are genuinely happy to help. The photo kiosk is a joke. On 2 seperate occasions I downloaded the App and it wouldn't work. Tried to print off photos and no luck. Will go to Kmart instead

Tried to return two faulty items at the Loganholme store. It was the biggest hassle and took over an hour. Both items were within warranty and we had the printed receipt. The staff acted like they were doing us a favour by giving us store credit but we had to spend it there and then so we ended up impulse buying a Bluetooth speaker. They were out of stock so we got the floor model. Took it home and it too didn’t work! After extensive google searching and pressing a ridiculous combination of buttons, it turns out it was in ‘store mode’. Highly recommend going elsewhere for your appliances.

Came in today to get some monitors and didn’t even get bad service, no service at all. Stood for more than 15 minutes without so much as a look in my direction or a “be with you in a minute”. 2 staff were leaning on the desk and having a chat. Very limited options compared to the HN website. The only reason to shop there is interest free. But I’d rather drive the distance and visit another franchise as customer service doesn’t even exist on their list of priorities, this is after many years of bad service.

Exceptional service from Carlos. Was only picking up for work, but the dedication he made to make sure he knew who i was as soon as I walked in the door, made it one of the easiest transactions I have ever done.Would definitely go back to shop for myself based on the level of service Carlos provided.

I bought a New washing machine a couple of years ago and it is still going strong. I wanted to write this review because the service I received from Harvey Norman was Outstanding, I only wish I could remember the lady's name. She had told me she has worked for HN for over 10 years and you could tell. Her product knowledge was beyond me and I had serched the net on my product purchase. But this lady had told/explained Tech knowledge that I couldn't even find on the Net.She had made my day. And made my mind up for my Front Loading Washing Machine. I have now had my machine nearly 4 years and plenty of washers later NEVER HAVE I HAD A PROBLEM.Thank you HN for your choice of Staff to look after the Customer.6 STARS AND I will be Back.

Pretty good place to shop and ask questions. No pushy salesmen when I was there today. And they’re petty knowledgeable as well.Just a pity that HN always sells at retail. Never seems to have specials on. Otherwise a decent place to shop.
