Very disappointed, two times services and my car got scratches every single times

Adrian Canada is the best customer service in this center!He looks after his Hyundai owners very carefully and has a very good memory of customers details! A VIP service!!!

I went in for a log book service.Was told my airconditioning compressor needed replacement as the motor was gone. Hyundai part would cost me $2,500. But a generic part $1,500.I said no, for them to leave it.(A year later ended up finding out all it needed was re-gasing $130.00.)Before finding out it wasn't my airconditioning compressor that was faulty as they stated.I returned 2 more times as my car started misfiring. Firstly they changed fuel filter. Paid them. Next day and my car continued misfiring, was undrivable. Had to have it towed to Melville Hyundai. They said it might be algae in fuel pump. They'd have to flush it, blah ,blah, blahAnyways at the end of the day they call me. Car is ready. Over $1400.00 spent already on parts & labour .Car is not ready , was already misfiring again on way home. I called and emailed them, no reply. Nothing. I was ignored.Found a good private mechanic who found out the problem was the coils needed replacing and he was the one who told me all my airconditioning needed was re-gasing.Don't take Melville Hyundai Service at their word. Get a second opinion. Thieves.

Not a good experience - a few months ago I had them have a look at a warranty defect, to which they said it will probably fix itself

Be warned the front desk/receptionists here are utter trash. Non-helpful and dissmissive, they address you in a sarcastic tone and have absolutley no sense of urgency with assisting you.Both me and my partner were treated the same on seperate occassions. Highly recommend going to another service centre.

Horrible service, booked for a service (drop off and wait). I arrived 30 minutes prior to my service and my car went in 2 hours after the booked time. It came out 3 hours later and my keys were given back without a car wash and vacuum which is complimentary.I would recommend Hyundai Osbourne park, they offer free Ubers vouchers also so not waiting.

Very poor service and sloppy mechanics. Will upsell, damage your vehicle and expect you to pay for repairs. Better off supporting a small time mechanic that will look after your car and not rip you off. Apparently taping up a broken globe casing with electrical tape is acceptable by the Melville service centre. Never again.

On delivery in my brand new palisadeThe dealer cracked the passenger side mirror, which is unpleasant but happens2 months later, mirror arrived at the dealer but surprise surprise, the dealer got the wrong side!!! Waited 2 months for nothingIll have to wait probably 2 more months to get the correct oneThe dealership could ve been smart and offered something as a gesture of good will (fuel card or discount on next service or something), even if simple; come on, this is basic customer careAnyway, i also feel for the pressure they are working underThe AWD coupling was faulty ,waited almost 3 months for partsWas rescheduled once due to apparently lack of staffOn the day OF INSTALLATION I WAS TOLD TOWARDS THE END OF DAY THAT THEY CAN NOT INSTALL THE NEW PRTS AS THEY ARE MISSING OIL!!i have never seen a product dealership so laughably incompetent in my lifeAbsolutely rubbish organisationThat was my honest opinion towards the organisation performance not the individuals

Been there once to make appointment for possible warranty work. Got my Mechanic to look over used car I bought from here and he found some problems with brakes. Emailed yard with what had to be done and if anything under warranty, still waiting for a reply.
