Changing instructors everyday confuses kids as a result they endup not learning anything another observation the spaces are too small for 5 kids to learn how to swim, surely one kid bumps into another's legs how can they learn, change the way you do things

Had to cancel the rest of the swimming lessons at this place because my little brother has now been traumatised to swim as the instructor held him with too much force. Disappointing as this was his first swimming school and will most likely be his last for awhile. Whenever we ask if he wants to go back to the swimming lessons he gets hysterical. Unfortunately, we paid in advance so we won't be getting our money back for the lessons he has left. Should have noticed the signs with the way the instructors dealt with the little kids when we first had a trial.

Good for swim lessons. Also offer aquafit classes, perfect for injuries, exercise without the impact. Friendly staff and participants. A nice little community of like-minded people. Sadly no longer able to offer night classes, limiting availability.

My fourth child (two grand daughters and two nieces) has just graduated from Kings Macgregor. All are excellent swimmers and have fully mastered the four strokes (including butterfly). A proven and very professional swim school.

Terrible. Could've saved myself hundreds of dollars and just let my child practice in a bath tub. Instructors were average and too busy tending to other kids that were almost drowning. After asking for a review of the grade my child was in I received nothing and they were unable to progress.EDIT: I have spoken with the area manager and gave them feedback about my experience. Instead of some kind of reimbursement/makeup lessons etc, I was advised that they will take the feedback on board". Just adds to the overall horrible experience."

Such lovely kind staff, really helped this new mum out explaining the baby play and change areas. Lovely facility I'll be continuing to take my boy to learn how to swim as he grows.

We left the first time around when my kid was much younger because they didn't maintain their staff ratio in their classes. Had no choice but to return when the swim school we ended up at was even worse and we couldn't find an alternative that wasn't a 40 minute drive from our home. If they can fix the scalding hot showers, it would be fine. We use the sink in the change room area to rinse his hair because the showers are incredibly hot and you can't adjust the temperature.

It was good when started a few years back. Our experience hasn't been good for the last 6 months. Cancellations after cancellations due to teacher absence. My son gets to attend only once or twice a month now and this trend has become consistent now. Very disappointed. Time to make a change now.Edited on 28th March 2023 - There has been an improvement for the last couple of months with no cancellations so I am hoping they are back on track.

The crystal clear water, the air temp and general quality of the pool and staff are of a very very high standard.That is considering its a local community oriented swim school. It is a deserving place to teach your kids to swim.
