City Cave Epping

A 5 star review all round! I loved everything about my visit to Epping City Cave. Starting at how welcoming, informative and lovely the staff were that helped me during my stay. The venue is so calming and you really feel like you are at a retreat, even offering a variety of complimentary tea! I did a sauna which was great, everything was very clean and the bluetooth connection in the sauna made the time fly by. I have booked in a float in the coming weeks as well after the staff were able to explain to me in great depth the benefits of a float, and I am very excited! I could not recommend Epping City Cave enough.

I recently had my first float experience at City Cave, a float treatment spa, and I must say it was quite a unique and enjoyable experience. The service at City Cave was exceptional, with attentive staff and a spacious and relaxing environment.Upon arrival, the staff offered me the option of having music during the float session, but I preferred silence to fully immerse myself in the experience. The float tank itself was comfortable and allowed for effortless floating, which instantly helped relax my mind and body. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my back pain seemed to lessen after just one float session.However, I did notice some traffic noise during my evening session, even with ear plugs in. It made me wonder how much louder it might be during the day. It would be helpful if City Cave could somehow address this issue to create a more serene and noise-free environment for their customers.Despite this minor setback, I had an overall positive experience at City Cave. The concept of floating was completely new to me, and I found it to be a genuinely relaxing and rejuvenating experience. I am looking forward to my next float session and hoping it will further alleviate my muscle pain.

Beautiful new city cave to relax. The best way to book is to book the sauna first to detox then the float to charge up on the minerals. Then a massage if they are available is a great way to finish off the experience! The relax room is a nice way to finish off with some tea. The pineapple coconut water is nice an refreshing if you want something cold.

My partner and I did the couples infrared sauna and it was amazing! We connected our music through the Bluetooth speaker and enjoyed the detox. Will definitely be back :)

I attended this Saturday - I love that I could book in the evening. The staff were welcoming, attentive and made me feel welcome. The massage therapist Martino was friendly and knowledgeable, I felt like I was in good hands and received very thorough remediation. The spa and rooms were clean, modern and had a luxurious vibe. I liked connecting my own music in the sauna and the float was definitely an experience to try for the first time!

Loved my experience here, Martino went above and beyond to make sure my partner and I got a booking after we had some family issues.Must say it was most certainly the best massage I have ever received and my partner said the same about Natasha.

The sauna and float were so amazing. Such a relaxing experience. They also provide a relaxing area to enjoy with some complementary tea which is beautiful. I will definitely be going back.

Our second time at City Cave; our first time at the Epping location. Very clean facilities, friendly staff, comfortable amenities and ambience. Extra points with the personalised touch on the room door. We were mainly there for the infrared sauna experience (there are massage and float therapy options as well); will definitely be back for more sessions!

First time experience of the Flauna! Everything at City Cave is squeaky clean, has a lovely ambience, and the staff were lovely. Sauna was great - used the blue tooth speaker to listen to music and read a book. Float was really relaxing - never done that before; my back and neck pain reduced after one visit. Loved everything! Will be back

First time visiting a City Cave franchise. What a wonderful experience it was. Thank you to Mandy who was so kind and accomodating through the whole experience. My husband and I did the couples sauna and float sessions. I am not the biggest fan of sauna's due to feeling claustrophobic however Mandy was so reassuring and helpful, that I will be going back for more. My husband and I will be adding this to our monthly routines. looking forward to seeing you guys soon!
