Eugene was highly professional and certainly provided value for money in terms of repairing our large colorbond side gate that had fallen off completely from its hinges. He used premium parts and thoroughly worked through the job leaving us very happy with the end result. You certainly get what you pay for with him.

I had several small repairs to be done throughout the unit. Eugene was communicative, showed attention to detail and completed the task in a timely manner. I am happy with the results.

We found Eugene at INTL Handyman to be prompt and communicative. He displayed a high level of craftsmanship and expertise, which we appreciated — we were initially considering doing our assorted home improvements on our own, but are glad we contacted someone with experience and skill because we are confident that he did a far better job that our amateur efforts would have been.

I called Eugene for few varied odd jobs that I had been putting off, one of which ended up being better handled by a dedicated tradesperson, which Eugene contacted and arranged on my behalf. The work was completed to a high standard and although taking slightly longer than expected he worked with my schedule to complete the work in its entirety. Thank you.

Eugene went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations.We called him on a Sunday afternoon hoping we could get urgent assistance with preparing our house for renovations. He arrived in a very timely manner to assist & provided full transparency of how we was looking to tackle each of the jobs.We literally bombarded him with a list of requests ranging from dismantling/removing very large shelving units & furniture, to removing doors & repairing miscellaneous items around the property.Eugene also provided his recommendations on certain renovation ideas which we are grateful for.My wife and I highly recommend Eugene to anyone that is looking for a trustworthy handyman - whether it is urgent or scheduled.

Asked Eugene to change the invoice for our records and he was going to charge $180.00 to change it. Stating he was being professional. Didn't seem very professional to me that he wouldn't complete a simple task . Plenty of other good tradesman out there to do the job without having to deal with a narcissist.

Eugene was just exceptional - he repaired my work to an incredible high quality and was also a delight to deal with - great customer service, quick response and arrival on time with excellent communication throughout. I would most definitely recommend to anyone and will be certainly using his services again.

I requested a call out for a quote for which he was very prompt to respond to the call out, and charged me $110 just for the 10 minute quote, but said that he would need to come back to do another proper quote, because there were visual obstructions that prevented him from providing an accurate quote, for which he would charge me another $110. I accepted this, however, when I tried to engage him for the second quote and subsequently the job, I got no response. I called, I texted, and it was only after I asked for a refund that I got a response. It makes me wonder how many quotes he goes around doing, but then doesn't actually do the job. I understand that things can cause delays, but there's just no excuse for poor communication. Just seems a little deceptive and not the way business should be done.

Eugene did a few jobs for me. He was very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend him.

Service is excellent, just be careful he quotes on the hour, he told me 270 he ended up doing a job for 5 hours which anyone could’ve finished sooner and then told me $742 dollars later so be very very careful, otherwise his work is like every other handy man good
