this boy named max i think, he had a blond buzz cut. Served me a mcchicken combo and did it with grace and cheer if you will. Hardest working employee there by far. Deserves a raise.

Macas app needs abit of attention,as the store gets it wrong n items didn't turn up n when U ring it's you can get a store credit Nxt time how dose that help when U hve others 2 feed n only hlf Ure order is in the bag they replaced my whole order so I gave them 4 stars

Incorrect order: received 1 med Berry smoothie, ordered 1 med tropical smoothie. When we questioned the amount in the replaced smoothie, the girl stated that's all they give, yet the incorrect Berry one was filled to the lid. Missing 1 large chips. Caesar salad only had lettuce, no other vegetables as displayed in add. No sauce either.Very disappointed with the 20 minute wait and the service. Only 3 other customers at the time. I realise the staff work hard for their money, but I too work hard for my money and expect better value for my money.

Went Nowra store on the way back from Sydney. Food was hot, fresh and tasty. Much better than the Batemans Bay store

When I asked for an iced coffee I was given one with sugar in it. I complained and they said I should have asked for an iced latte. So next time I asked for an iced latte and it had sugar in it, I complained and they said it was made with syrup not a shot of coffee. Why do mcdonalds assume you want a sweet coffee? I dont like sugar in my coffee. Don't make things with sugar ir at least ask first. Yuck.

Need to pay attention to order no pickles no onions on a cheeseburger goes a long way if it’s an option on the app then I have to take it out myself means that’s a fail. The only saving grace was chips were hot. The delay in drive thru is too long but least I got an apology for the delay when I got my goods. Need to fix the driveways too steep for standard 5 door cars not everyone has an SUV.

If I could give 0 stars I would of but there wasn't the option. My advice drive straight past Bomaderry Maccas. Obviously no one cares from owners, managers & staff I have never experienced such rude customer service ever. The wait time is disgusting 20min wait for one coffee, the coffee was rubbish & the service even worse. Bring on 711 Nowra so I can get a decent coffee late at night, without having to put up with the rudest customer service ever, what an insult to the founders if MacDonald's who put their heart & soles into building such a reputable business, they would be horrified at what I experienced last night.To the disgusting individual who served me at the window, you should not be in customer service at all ever.

Didn't get receipt from the self service machine. Ordered hash brown, they couldn't be bothered to fry them so got fries instead. The sprite I ordered was just water. They weren't out of syrup either, because it wasn't carbonated. I just got straigth tap water. Food tasted what you'd expect, it's a mcdonalds, what can I say? Service was mid, they gave us the wrong food, but they were nice about it. Didn't get a feel for the venue because we ate our food in a kfc were my other friends ordered. Overall, 1 star experience, will eat at Maccas again, but not this one. A kid ran through the drive though. Weird.

Once again for the umpteenth time after ordering and receiving a chocolate thick shake any relation to chocolate was me asking for it. So many tine sci have experienced this from this Mc Donald’s and stupidly I give them another chance..Why is the Mc Donald’s in Nowra and South Nowra can get it right but Bomaderry can’t. Ist it tge owners trying to cut corners and delivering a poor substitute of what’s advertised. After 20 years you have lost he and in telling everyone! Not that you will care!
