Old fence down and new one up in a day. The boys worked very hard all day. Finished job looks great, very happy.

Thank you to everyone at Amazing Fencing for the wonderful service afforded to us from the time Earl completed the quotes, Alisa in the office coordinating invoices and payments from all involved and Lance and Tracy who completed the installation in high 30 degree temperatures. We absolutely love the new fence and it has certainly lifted up the profile of our family home. Our neighbours have also commented on how good the new fence looks. We have one more job to do and will ask for the same team to come back and finish our mini project. Thank you Amazing Fencing, we highly recommend your business and service.

No public service, waited for someone to help but no one there mainly for trades i think. Manage to get photos of what i eas after but not sure I can buy it unless i have trade account and look like a tradie when entering on site.

I submitted a query form via the website for a quote for a fence replacement. Shortly after , I received an automated response stating the Area Manager will be in contact to arrange an inspection. Unfortunately, that is where the communication ended. I am not sure where this elusive and reclusive “Area Manager” may be. However, what I can say is that 4 weeks have passed and I can only assume that he/she has been so inundated with work, (or kicking back on the beach sipping cocktails out of a coconut) that they have not even had the time to scratch themselves, let alone pick up the phone and call, or make any form of contact.Although, I look back and value the depth in conversation I had with the website chatbot. I can also see it’s time to move on.It’s not me, it’s you. If I could give a Zero star rating, I would happily oblige.

Apologies for this late review but I want to express my gratitude for a job well done.Had colorbond fencing and gate installed some time back. Installation was excellent.Great communication from the company and the team from start to finish.

Never ever get this company to do your fencing. If a business ever using the words ‘amazing’ in their company title - that is an obvious red flag not to use them. I could go on and on about the unprofessional, deceitful, dishonest, poor quality, poor workmanship of this company but I will simply add the amount of concrete used to install the treated… (haha silly me the Harwood posts weren’t even treated) looked like a few pebbles. We had given this company an opportunity to rectify their poor workmanship of our fence but they lied and turned the blame on us. We have three kids under four and a family business and are extremely busy so we regrettably didn’t have the opportunity to check and investigate the state of our fence. Trusting people these days isn’t something that’s easy to find. But when the opportunity was found we were devastated by and appalled at the quality of our fence and that the company lied to us to cover up their mistakes and dodgy work. Let me give you some advice - if you do the right thing by people and install a quality fence then there will be no issues down the track. Being dodgy is more detrimental to you in the long run. I hate reviews as I feel like it opens up the opportunity for people who know nothing about products and industries to comment - however, particularly in the current times I wouldn’t want anyone to waste their hard earned dollars on a terrible company - when it should go to other honest, quality businesses instead - who do a good job.

Just had amazing fencing rebuild our back and side fences. Jake was our contractor and he did such a great job. Fence is sturdily build, looks ‘amazing’ and he was kind enough to explain the process with me during the whole time and make sure I was happy. If you get a choice, ask for Jake, and you’ll get great honest, service!

Terrible customer service via the quoting team. We had used this company years ago and they were perfect for a fence on one side of our property when we called back years later to request another quote, the estimator lied and said he was unable to contact us. Really disappointing.

Absolutely horrbible experience with this company. Our property management involved this company to replace current fence and it was done with boards of different sizes and level in my unit was done horrible, full of holes as well.Now property management chasing them up to fix it but they just ignore it.Response was they have done it “to their best abilities”.Do not recommend this company at all!
