The shop assistant was nasty about my bracelet,a piece that was very special to me who said the jeweller would not fix my bracelet because it was in their opinion an inferior setting for a diamond tennis bracelet and they couldn't be bothered

Nearly 16.5 years ago my husband and I walked into Kings Hall Jewellers to find a ring. We were poorly University students who had just got engaged. The owner - I don’t remember his name but judging from other reviews it was maybe Stuart - sat down with my then fiancé and drew my dream engagement ring. Stuart then went shopping for the perfect stone and made the ring by hand. He also made a wedding band to fit around my tricky-shaped stone and made a 1cm wide band for my husband. We still wear the jewellery to this day and today we celebrate 15 years of marriage. I have also kept the sketch the owner made of my engagement ring. Thank you so much and just know that your jewellery lives on long after it leaves your doors.
