My wife and I received our flu injections here....really nice man...no fuss...in and out in 20 minutes..thank you

Half the shelves are empty they don't have much of anything , staff are clueless and pharmacist is nosey

Firstly, 10 stars to the only young shop assistant working on Sat 25 February. Your customer service was incredible. Zero to the pharmacist who rudely interrupted my enquiry about meal supplements, without excusing herself, to advise of where a shelf needed stock! As if the girl was being idle! Sale: $97.....other $100 spent elsewhere! This pharmacy is now unappealing, understocked and understaffed. With one shop assistant on a day which should be busy, but was empty midday, will become unused due to a rude pharmacist!

The pharmacist on site was an absolute legend, gave brilliant info and went above and beyond to get all the right info from me and give me all the tips I’d need to make sure the medication worked best. Can’t recommend him enough!

Pharmacist was rude, went in for cold and flu tablets and I was obviously sick, he treated me like a drug dealer. Never had a bad experience until today. That particular guy needs to learn empathy and customer skills. Went to a different chemist and they were so helpful and lovley. I fully Reccomend bunbury drive In chemist, they have 100% better customer service and actually want to help you.

Poor service delivery. I am a medical doctor that has recently immigrated to Australia. I managed to see a GP for a rescript of my chronic medications. As I don’t have medicare I do not have an electronic QR code and they did not accept a script via email unless it came directly from the doctor’s email address. The pharmacist did not even look at my script for one second before simply saying no. No exceptions, stating that it’s not allowed “anywhere in Australia.” This is a medication that is critical for me to take. In my home country, they would either provide a few days worth of medication if there is any uncertainty regarding the script. Thanks for making me feel like a criminal. Absolutely shocking.I promptly went to another pharmacy that was FAR more accommodating.

The Female floor manager has the rudest approach to customer service and within not even 1 minute had me walking out infuriated. I was going to fill all my scripts and buy some cold and flue tablets and a puffer plus more and was feeling like some retail therapy and had decided to buy some body spray and a perfum for myself and my partner and all up my spending would have been atleast $250 and all because of the simply rude way she approached me about testing the body sprays instead of being polite and trying to help me she pushed an easy sell straight out the door. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!

Great service this morning. Was offered a wizard card with discount. Lady knew exactly what I needed and served me quickly with a smile. Why can’t we give six stars?

Went in yesterday on way to Canal Rocks from Perth. I took my script for diabetic medication not realising it was just out of date. The Chemist would not help in any way, even when I inquired if I could purchase just 3 tablets, until I could return to Perth and send an up to date prescription back to him. Nil duty of care from a so called trained professional was unbelievable.

Always got scripts filled here but then an Assistant acted like God. Quite humorous. Has not been Thomas & Co for some time unfortunately.
