Spacer

Initially thought that Spacer was great, as I needed to rent a garage space in the city. A bit over priced but it was okay. However, they quickly took the deposit and amount way before the start time.Unfortunately, Spacer got the address wrong of where the car space was.Quite concerning, as when I called the owner, she gave a different address, and entry location, from what Spacer gave. Still went ahead, and kept quiet.Met the garage owner , got the FOB key, and started using.Second month of using the space, came to park my car in the space I was renting and there was another car parked there. OMG, alarm bells. Got a parking outside and paid, and thought nothing of it. Kept quiet.Next day again, same car there.Tried to call the owner no response. Tried to call Spacer, very very very hard. Left messages, still hard, no response. Tried to contact the building security, no one there. I had a huge meeting with my clients and was closing a contract.Getting really nervous and anxious, kept leaving messages and emailing Spacer, the owner, no luck.Went into the city to find a car space, nothing. Even was happy to pay, nothing.Came back to check if the space was cleared, no, still there.Finally after some time, got through to the Spacer staff , overseas.....came back after a week as I didn't want to risk anything and it was cleared.I have since cancelled. Did I do the right thing? Probably did the safe thing.Maybe my fault, dunno.ThanksJA

Spacer is a good service. Registering couldn't be easier and communication prompt and helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Excellent service and was much easier than trying to get transparent quotes from other storage companies.

I used a similar parking rental app in the UK and I was pleased to find Spacer on my recent holiday in Perth. I managed to find a rental space that was close to my hotel (which did not have parking). It was a fuss-free experience and highly recommended.

My experience has been excellent ! I had my first booking within 24 hours of posting the add. I have had two tennants so far and they have both been great and problem free.

They have managed to find a renter for my space for the past few years with very few gaps or payment issues.
