Saw a very poor customer service while I was at the Swarovski karrinyup. The manager was arguing with one of the customers. I have always been in hospitality industry and have never seen such appalling customer service from a manager in my life. Maybe it's the workplace culture or lack of training by the management. It put me off and I decided not to buy from Swarovski.

The reason that i gave 5 stars because of a beatiful girl with a shiny smile her name is Pia ... was so helpful so friendlyWishing her & the rest of the staff all the best

Lovely customer service from all the staff, they always make sure I am looked after when in store and assist with any questions I may have.

Treat your loved one? Imagine buying a ring from Swarovski to give to your partner for her 30th and the ring wasn’t even in the box! I experienced this at Swarovski Karrinyup, I rang up and went back to the store today to resolve and was not even given a sympathetic apology by the manager when they found the missing ring.I asked to be compensated with a voucher for the horrid experience I have had and the time I had to take from work to resolve this issue. Only to rejected by the area manager.Not one staff member gave a care in the world, I’m disgusted.

Customer service with a smile ? NOT AT ALL. I stopped in at 4.40pm to buy a necklace I had seen and admired two days before, when I was there buying my first item. I was served by the same lady on both occasions. You would expect, if I was a repeat customer, buying a second item, with the same sales assistant, , I’d be greeted with a smile and with good old fashioned gratitude. But no. The sales lady was grumpy, didn’t smile, and rushed me out the door. I almost walked out to try another store another day where I would be made to feel welcome. I appreciate it was a few minutes after 5pm, when the shops close, and I understand you may be in a rush to leave, but the service I received was awful. It may be 5.05pm, but as a paying customer, purchasing a $300 product on this one visit, and $150 two days before, I was disgraced. I will be contacting headquarters to advise this assistant or store sales lady should not receive commission for that sale as her attitude was awful. I certainly will not be shopping there again , neither will my family and friends.
