The equipment is a little cheaper than the other companies, but you pay for it with equipment that is poorly maintained. On top of that they charge you for stuff after you’ve returned the equipment without even telling you. You only find out later when you look at your bank statement, they keep your details and use you card without your knowledge.they say a trip to the servo will fix this, but I had the machine for a whole week and I stopped and filled up at the servo next door before I dropped it off. Some how they’re squeezing in another couple of litres in after I leave, using a jerry can, guessing how much went in and charge the premium price for the desiel, I’m not even mad, just disappointed.

Wish I could give a 0 star review!Hired equipment with little to no usability, puncture proof tires were bald. Could not use the equipment. Upon return was charged to my account without consent or documentation for tyre replacement and office argued that it was our fault.If you use these guys, be very aware!Edit:The response from the owner is a great example of how little they pay attention to reviews, and poorly try their best to cover their back by very obviously attempting to shift the blame.If I could’ve in the past, I’d have bitten the bullet and gone across the road to Kennards. Even though HATS may be somewhat cheaper, you will surely pay for it in the long run with their very illegal and “scammy” money making techniques…*buyers beware*
