Cosmetics Plus

I had my conch done here. The piercer was fantastic in explaining to me the process, and that there would be more blood because of the jewellery I chose. The range of jewellery is always pretty good, with stainless steel, titanium and bioplast available to be pierced with.The staff are quite helpful in general. I have been several times about my forward helix and pressure bumps, and each time, staff have checked it for me and given me advice moving forward. They even did a jewellery change for me, as I was having a reaction to the initial stainless steel jewellery put in. They advised on the best titanium jewellery to put in it, and have given me further advice as the jewellery becomes too irritation for the piercing (the bar is now too big and moves too much, so now that causes irritation bumps). Honestly, they have been fantastic, and perform better than other Cosmetics Plus piercing studios I have attended. So much so, I went from saying I would never go to Cosmetics Plus again, to visiting them for advice and new piercings!

Staff made me feel like I was bothering them. I told them I wanted a nose ring and all the rings I have bought in the past have been to big so I needed one that fit well and also I needed a tongue bar that was smaller than the one I had in. Showed them the ones had and purchased their suggestions. The tongue bar was the same size as the one I had and the nose ring way too big again and I wasted my money. The next day I purchased the property fitting ones elsewhere in the mall for a cheaper price.

got my seconds done more than a month ago and have been infected ever since, they used a gun and not a needle. bad decision to go to cosmetics plus for a piercing. if you want them done, go to a professional place that use needles.

Went in today to get a belly button pierceing. Staff were very nice and helped me with all the questions i asked, the piercer was very kind and made sure i was happy with the placement. She answered all my questions respectfully. Some workers ive herd arnt very nice but i havent run into anyone like that. I do recommend going to a tattoo parler that has a piercing license.

Rihanna is a fantastic body piercer. Will continue to go to the Riverlink QLD store in the future. (Sorry if I spelled your name wrong)

Zoe did an amazing job doing my belly piercing, got it over and done like it was nothing. She was very talkative and made the process so much better.

Got my nostril and septum pierced here. The experience was good, the lady was very educational and told me everything i need to know about the healing process and all that. They both also healed nicely, my septum healed in 5ish months. And my nostril healed in one year , I had a few nose bumps but they went away almost immediately.

Had my navel pierced here today. Had been turned away by SkinKandy due to 'inapropriate anatomy'. Piercing went off without a hitch. Staff was lovely and gentle and used appropriate hygiene procedures. Unfortunately didn't have any titanium bars currently clean and available but was willing to sterilize one if I could wait, which I couldn't. Settled on surgical steel and advised to come back in two weeks and it could be changed to titanium. Would go back again.

My 2 year old baby had ear piercing done here. The earnings fall off less than two days time due its manufacturing issues. I went there to sort it out. Without asking what was issues, a lady asked me to get inside for re- redo piercing the baby. I stopped her and asked how you can avoid these issues in the future and what we get out off it.. she told me that you can have the re do piercing else you can get out off the shop. Her name was Georgie... she was very rude and her behaviour was totally unacceptable at all.. another lady called Aleisha and her manager came over and after we agreed to re do piercing and refund the money for faulty earnings. This lady was even hesitate for an apology for her rude behaviour. From a customer point of view.. these kind of behaviour is not all acceptable and her behaviour was actually causing bad reputation for the business. My recommendation is Find a better place for your piercing ...
