Great service. My rug has come up like new each time. They even managed to get red chili kimchi stains out after a mishap. Highly recommended.

the service was easy to schedule, the rugs came back really clean and bright, the price is right, and the email communication was swift and friendly.however the return delivery was not a great experience - on the day of, i received no updates on the status of the delivery, and it had passed the two-hour delivery window and no rug. with no one contacting me i had to call three times only to be told the delivery would come two hours after the end of the originally scheduled window.late deliveries are okay, stuff happens, but what was missing here was them contacting me to tell me rather than me having to actively chase them only to find out it was 2 hours later than scheduled.

Wow, wow, wow - we were so impressed with the cleaning of our rug. We had expected to replace it but Devine proved us wrong. The colour and plushness has returned - very very happy.

Extremely professional. Gave a very honest opinion of the potential issues with cleaning my ‘King Living’ rug prior to me paying. I was considering throwing the rug out but so glad I went to Devine as the result was far better than I had hoped for. Excellent communication. Amazing turnaround time. I would Highly recommend Devine Rug care in Brookvale. Our dog had an accident on our very large wool and silk living room rug and they did an amazing job cleaning and bringing it back to life. We think it almost looks better than when we purchased it. We will definitely use them again.

Very pleased with my experience. I reached out to Devine rug care after a tea spill on my very delicate and light coloured rug - in addition to the spill there were a few older stains. The whole process took less than a week and results were better than expected - the rug looks brand new!

Devine cleaned two handmade wool rugs for me. They were very professional, reasonably priced, and organising pickup and delivery was easy. The rugs look great and feel and smell very clean. There is a bit of pilling that appears to have been caused by the washing process but I guess there's nothing to be done about that.
