If you’re really lucky you’ll get a barista who actually knows how to make a decent coffee. In my experience this happens around 10% of visits.I suppose I shouldn’t complain about undrinkable coffee, since they advertise as a pâtisserie.Problem is there is absolutely nowhere at Wynnum Plaza to get a coffee which doesn’t taste like dishwater.

During my recent visit to Michelle's Cafe in Wynnum, I had mixed feelings about my overall experience. While the staff were friendly and helpful, the food and coffee left something to be desired.Firstly, the food felt mass-produced and was not served at an appropriate temperature. In addition, my dish was burnt and not particularly appetizing. The coffee was also disappointing, with a weak taste and overly sweetened.On the positive side, the staff members were courteous and welcoming, making me feel comfortable during my visit. They were quick to assist me with my orders and were happy to answer any questions I had.In terms of cleanliness, the tables were mostly tidy, but I noticed that they were not cleaned immediately after a customer left. This was a bit concerning, given the current emphasis on hygiene and cleanliness in public places.Overall, while the staff at Michelle's Cafe were lovely, the quality of the food and coffee was lacking. If the cafe could improve on these aspects, it would greatly enhance the dining experience for its customers.

The coffee here isn’t too bad but they charge an extra 80cents for decaf! The kiosk also feels a little dated and cluttered.

Want good... Customer service? Look somewhere else. Usually a loyal customer and very understanding as I too have always worked with people and enjoy it - however, they are money greedy therefore won’t have any repeat business from me or anyone I know. Word will spread. They have no care for people with allergies. Turns out.... if you order something then later find this contains something your allergic to.... too bad! And they charged extra for specialty milk and didn’t want to replace for another hot drink that didn’t contain the substance I was allergic to. HORRIBLE. Apparently making another $0.20 (what it would cost the business) drink is throwing money away. No, it’s not. Being horrible to a customer is throwing away repeat business.

Please update your opening hours to be correct. You are not open until 9am on Sundays, as explained by unfriendly staff.

Been coming to these people for a while lovely service very friendly.. dessert is amazing also forgot my drinks a few times always get offered to warm up or make new ones. Never fails to provide yummy food and drinks highly recommended

Bought 2 Irish cream lattes. Coffee tasted weak and very watery, milk was not creamy at all. Missed the smooth velvety texture that should have been.

To start the person taking the order charged me $9.50 for an order that is clearly advertised as $7.80. Then another staff member hadn't a clue where I ended up finding a seat. When I asked where was the banana bread I was served it without a knife. When I complained about being over charged I was ignored. Poor, very poor customer service. Disrespect of older people means I won't go back.
