Lynton Paddick is great, he is easy to talk to and listens to my concerns. He is very considerate of children, pets and working with you to make the process easier in terms of planning what areas of the home to treat first or last so you can leave for the required time more conveniently. His wife Stephanie is accommodating on the phone and understanding of schedules and having young children to factor in. They have good warranties on their treatment, free treatment on your 5th treatment and even do a special price when adding on extras like termite inspections. They are very responsive when you contact them, happy to help and resolve any issues, and I highly recommend this franchise of Jim's Termite & Pest Control. I hate spiders, they terrify me, and we get so many in Mawson Lakes so this peace of mind is totally worth it!
