Star Track Express

Yesterday I went to a delivery depot in Morwell to pick up a StarTrack parcel which had been sent back to the depot when I wasn't home and there was a card in my mailbox. The depot listed on the card was a truck company, (Gee Transport). I am posting this as it's Star Track branding so Star Track is responsible. The depot was nowhere near any other general shops you might use for groceries or services, and felt like it must be at least a kilometre or even two's walk from MidValley shopping complex in Morwell, It's in the back of an industrial area, bordering on paddocks. Pretty lonely walking for a pedestrian.I brought up with the customer service person how inaccessible the depot was, for anyone who doesn't drive, is old, disabled, etc, etc, and she said, well if a disabled person can't get here

False claims of attempted delivery, security footage didn't even pick up a courier truck on my street let alone an attempted delivery. Received notice 20 minutes until depot close, was unable to pick up item. Upon calling customer service informed me that it can be rescheduled for the following day and awkwardly avoided acknowledgement of the fake attempted delivery.Following day package did not arrive, called customer service to find it was booked for 4 days later despite the representative assuring me vehemently that it was coming the following day.Upon asking to just visit the depot and collect my package, I was refused, stating that it would need to be scanned and go through procedures, despite it already apparently being in a truck 2 days ago ready to be delivered to my house.

Absolutely pathetic service. Never attempted to deliver my parcels, no collection slip, just taking them straight to the post office, which also don't issue a collection slip for Star Track parcels.When you call costumer service, they are useless. They try to tell you delivery was attempted, but thanks to home security, I can tell it was never attempted. I would never recommend this service! The only reason they are getting 1 star, is because 0 starts isn't an option.

Wait for a package all day said it was on bord for delivery....Then after speaking with the girl at the local post office she informed me that only 1 driver will come to Yallourn North....guess the driver is sick .... 20min from Traralgon....lazy pack of muts

Parcels are small could fit in letter box but no it wasn’t I have to drive from Moe to Morwell and pick up a tiny parcelThen again I’m home and I get left a note saying they missed me well I have to drive again to Morwell and petrol is so expensive I’m on a pension and it could have been left in so many other places like all my other parcels get left. But StarTrack can’t do that I don’t know why very unhappy

If my parcel can travel from Western Australia to Victoria in less than 12 hours, then why has it been sitting at the depot located 10 minutes down the road from house, for over 4 days? Try delivering it next time instead of waiting for me to call to ask where my goods are. Useless.

when the driver delivered she just dropped my parcel on the ground carelessly tapped the door once and than ran off. where is the customer service? auspost will knock properly and wait for you to open the door, hand it to you and say thank you and goodbye but this lady just dropped my parcel and i could tell by the wrapping my parcel was dirty wasnt taken care of

Pity Google doesn't give zero stars. Took less than 14 hours from delivery in Melbourne to Morwell Depot. Has now sat there fro 10 days and still no delivery. Have tried ringing their customer service and chasing up for the last few days and am even willing to go and pick up myself, but Startrack to date refuse to cooperate and I am concerned that the item is either going to vanish or be damaged. If you have the choice of delivery when buying online, NEVER use StarTrack

I was definitely home, no attempt at delivery was made and when l picked up the parcel from Australia Post in Traralgon they said l was the 4th person in that said the same. Startrack have got such a bad name and never improve their customer service.Also reading the reviews, that girl at Morwell needs sacking, what a disgusting person....the karma bus is waiting for her.
