Excellent Agent and can’t recommend him highly enough. We would never have got our house on the market if not for Rob. He could see what was needed and pushed us to get things ready. He took charge and helped out with suppliers of services to help. We felt that he was on our side the whole time. Following his advice we managed a price higher than we (and him) thought we would get. He knew his suburbs and the potential buyers that were wanting to move in. I would definitely use him again.

We recently dealt with Jenny as a real estate agent for a property in Bull Creek.On possession of the property, we found the below issues:- Unclean property/rubbish left behind by the owner- Unclean pool- Alarm code not provided- Items breaking or not functionaling correctly during the first monthDespite following up with Jenny frequently, nothing got resolved and we had to get items fixed on our own.It was a bitter experience and do not recommend her services.
