They installed a Sonnen battery does not work with 3 phase despite being told that we have 3 phase

Energy Matters installed our solar system earlier this year. We were very pleased with the professionalism of the installers and the job they did. They even cleaned up their mess when finished. The system works a wonder and we wished we had done it years ago.

TERRIBLE! I had a system installed 18 months ago, still not working properly...my calls and emails are not answered...don't use Energy Matters!

Worst company to ever deal with!! They take tens of thousands of dollars for a system that does not work!! Try and get them to come and have a look and they say email us!! They are criminal

Hi Guys,I found the service quite quick and affordable. My family and I looked at a few other businesses to receive quotes, we found these guys to be the most responsive and professional.

Energy Matters no longer exists. Call the 13 number and find out for yourself.I requested quotes from the website, was informed I will have 3 businesses call to quote.I have received call from 6 (SIX) different businesses. Only 3 of which have actually followed up with quotes. The other 3 sounded like off shore call centre scammers!

After installing the solar we were informed that immediate payment was expected, which was not an issue, however we cannot use the solar until an inspection is done, again no concerns there as we understand the need for appropriate safety. Now after payment and a week of waiting we are still awaiting the inspection to come turn on our Solar. No responses to our email, excessive wait times on the phone number (on hold for over 40 minutes and still no answer) and when leaving a call back message no call backs happen. All I want is my Solar turned on after paying over $10k or at least a common courtesy of letting me know what is happening. Is that too much to ask?
