Great team and they seriously whipped my butt. Highly recommend.It was very challenging, but well worth the sweat. I’d never been able to run 1km, after 5 weeks without specific training to run, I was able to do the 1km track. Wish I still lived in the area.

Great little community and some excellent trainers who are always there to support you and push you to do your best. Sessions are always fun and I look forward to walking in the doors every morning to start my day with Fitstop
