Had my bloods done here today, the lady (I think her name is Jan) is absolutely lovely. I am incredibly phobic of needles and she was kind, gentle and had excellent technique. I barely felt it at all and walked out of there feeling incredibly glad I found this place! :)

Jan is very good at drawing blood. I have awful veins but she always gets the blood. Sometimes have a longer wait as there is only one person working so if that is an issue, perhaps people can go elsewhere if that is an issue.

Always a lovely experience. Staff one in particular is highly experienced. I won’t go elsewhere.

I arrived early (before opening) to the establishment, and had to wait an hour and a half to be seen - it took approximately 25minutes per patient for a singular blood test. As someone who regularly gets blood tests I would suggest a different clinic 1/10.

How pathetic to have a closed time 12.30-1pm. Is it a centre that only caters for old, retired people and not working people?
