Disappointed - had to chase up blinds, then the capping piece. Capping piece doesn't fit, there's a gap between edge of capping piece n house post. Pretty shoddy.However, the man who originally came to fit the blinds was fabulous. He was polite n courteous, professional n knowledgeable - I have heard he's resigned.

We had our screen door powder coated and had new window screens with diamond grills installed today the guys did an amazing job at a great price. Special mention to Neo he did a great job installing the lot and such a nice person

had Crimsafe screens put in yesterday, very disappointed with the doggie door we have a staffie it is way too small. I called the office spoke to reception told her I wasn't very happy ,she said ill pass it on to the owner not long later i received an EMAIL !!! saying if it was any bigger it wouldnt be a security product someone could climb thru. Hey we get that but how about letting us know that before doing it, let us make the choice weather we want the door or not .Instead we have a useless hole in our expensive door. All up just over a $7000 job the owner didn't even bother to call me about It had reception email the reason AGAIN JUST ANOTHER UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS .......

20 days after I made contact for a quote (all living areas and bedrooms for a 5 bedroom home) & I've had 2 texts from Neo, 1 saying he'd be out that afternoon, the 2nd just 30 mins later saying he's cancelling because it was raining!!!!!!!!!
