Bought a set of four tyres from Tyroola (see separate review) and chose Wayne's T&M as the fitter. Whole process including communications/handover between Tyroola and WTM was professional and efficient. WTM does seem to get busy and the lady who booked me in was very clear and up front about my likely wait time, how many jobs were in front of mine etc, but since I was working from home that day and happy to leave the car all day, it didn't matter and she was very appreciative.

They did a great job and finished quite fast, nevertheless, I gave them a 4 star and not 5 because when I called the person who answered the phone was not very friendly and told me that I had to take may csr there and wait for 4 hours to get one single tyre changed which sounded ridiculous to me. Nevertheless, the next morning that I went there expecting the worst, I was surprised to get a very nice service at the end.I would recommend them, just let's hope you don't get the cranky guy that answered my phone call.

They put this tyre back on my vehicle after I purchased 2 new tyres, putting my family at risk when we drove to Sydney a few days later. Then they denied everything as I wasn't on their system. Rude and thoughtless response when I confronted them.

Barely one star because I went in to simply make an enquiry and the woman was so rude. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone
