Great experience with Logan and his team. I dropped off the tapes and had all the videos back on a USB in no time at all. All movies are in great quality. I would definitely recommend using Tapes to Digital.

Nickey was absolutely terrible and I would never recommend this company to anyone. She had my tape for over a week and didn't contact me to let me know she had completed it. When I finally reached out to her, she had gone on holidays and had forgotten to send it to me. Her neighbour had to go into her house and put it in the mailbox for me to collect but when I did, there was nothing on the USB. So, so disappointing. I still haven't had an apology or heard back from her. It was an altogether horrible experience!!! UPDATE - Tapes to Digital have replied and provided me with my video free of charge which is greatly appreciated

Very happy with the professional service. I had some precious tapes converted to digital and Nikki kept me in the loop with the chat function, sending me a photo when she had received my tapes, letting me know when they were being converted and when she had posted them back. The price is very competitive when you look at similar services. I highly recommend and will be coming back to get some more tapes converted.
