My, under warranty, mower has a bent stator and they don't have the spare part or a delivery date.

Super disappointed with advice when we spent 1421 dollars on Stihl gear at Mower City in 2018 and placing trust in the recommendation from Mower City of Stihl's reliability and longevity - not to mention attempts to be environmentally diligent. Within 4 years of personal use, a failed Lithium Ion battery that we paid 269 dollars for, told it had the best longevity, looking at 10 years, German made blah blah so we purchased the whole shebang, mower, hedge trimmer, whipper snipper. We get 100 rather than 1000 uses out of a 269 dollar battery (great for the environment NOT!!)Mower City just said can't help, out of warranty, Give em a try but Stihl will just say can't do"

Great service. Had my old Victa two stroke for 35 years but could no longer get parts for it. We left with a new mower, fueled up and ready to go.

Shout out to the guys, and especially Max, at Mower City Tweed Heads South, who helped me with my poor lawn mower today! Fast, efficient, friendly & funny. Good old fashioned service. Highly recommend these guys!
