I have enjoyed excellent health care here for over 20 years. Professional and friendly, amazing Doctor's, nurses and administrative staff. Highly recommended

Went in to just get a follow up script for my injured a.c. told me walk in was until 2, rocked up at 1 and got turned away. Lady at front suggested a booking that will cost me $70 And I'll have to wait until tomorrow afternoon! To conclude I'm just going to eat panadol like there lollies until they can fit me in for a 2minute appointment.

Terrible experience. The doctors are very cold and seem like they would rather be somewhere else. Just avoid altogether

I've been a patient of Milton medical center for years now and have always find them a professional and caring practice. Sure, during the walk in & wait" period if you didn't arrive early or right at opening time

Absolute waste of time attending the clinic. I have been a patient at Milton Medical for over 15 years.My last three visits have been for the clinic. I am always told 30-60 minute wait.Today was no exception. Told 45 minutes on arrival. Waited 1 hr and 10 before asking at reception how many more were ahead of me. I was told I was next. Doctor came out and took someone else. Walked out at 1 hr 20 mins of waiting. My last three visits have been the exact same story.I no longer recognise any of the doctors that I see. The medical advice I am given is proven incorrect.This doctors clinic is no longer worth much.

Very efficient with patient planning you are sat were your doctor rooms are and within minutes you are seen

Long waiting time 1 hour plus. Only have one doctor who is fully booked anytime you ring. No one else can seem to do a basic weigh and measure of a 6 month old and ask a series of development questions that are set out in the blue book. I constantly have to make appointments 2-3 weeks in advanced for a baby check up. Very rude staff on the phone because of lack of reception in the area.

Can we create a zero rating?Terrible experience, took 2 visits to get a referral to a specialist, their referred specialist could not fit me in, that happens no big issue, so needed to change specialist. milton medical wanted a 3rd consultation just to change the specialist name. Kings of overcharging, sad really.

Dr Qays Alsha'er was my doctor at the Culburra Medical Practice in 2014. During a routine check up which I have every six months or so, mainly to check blood pressure and to arrange a blood test for PSA, Dr Qays discovered that I had an irregular heart beat and immediately referred me to a Cardiologist at Nowra. Since then I have had successful open heart surgery to replace a valve and to have a double by-pass and I am on the road to recovery. If it had not been for Dr Qays I dread to think what might have been the outcome. Well done Dr Qays. To any of your patients, you are in good hands.
