We have experienced excellent service and support from Tradelink in Capalaba, QLD. We had an issue with a faulty mixer, and Gavin did a wonderful job coordinating the repair with the supplier. It was quick and efficient. I recommend these guys.

We had a fabulous experience dealing with Vineta at Tradelink Capalaba, We pretty much ordered everything for our Bathroom and Ensuite from vanties, taps and all the accessories, the prices were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, it made the whole renovation experience so much easier. Prior to visiting Tradelink we had a mount of catalogues we were trying to understand, after our visit to Tradleink we didn't need them, job sorted in no time at all. We certainly would recommend Tradelink Capalaba to anyone.

Gavin's assistance was fantastic and his advice regarding products etc was second to none. We had some major issues with a number of products supplied which in one instance cost us additional money to personally rectify and in another held up our project by four weeks while the faulty product was returned and resupplied twice.

I had to make a warranty claim and Vineta was very helpful and efficient. She emailed a photocopy of the invoice to the company involved and within a week the new part had arrived in the mail. Very quick smooth and painless. Many thanks Vineta. Cheers Shell.

The tradelink store at Capalaba is a joke ..don't go there if looking for service .. needed a pipe connection had a piece of pipe with me to show the size so should be easy .. No ... not for the clown ( claimed to be the manager" ) all to hard unless I knew the "Brand" ?? truth was he was to "busy" to spend time on a 1 off customer. Up the road to Reece plumbing .. all good in 5 mins."

Unfortunately, my experience here was not a good one. I bought an unheated towel rail for $489 and when I got it home it was way too big for my small bathroom. I took it back, expecting to get a refund or to be able to exchange it for something more suitable. I was not able to exchange it and what's more I was required to pay $90 odd dollars restocking fee". Is that even legal? I will never shop at Tradelink again

Unfortunately my experience here was not a good one. I ordered and paid for a vanity only to be told 3 days before it was due for delivery that it had not been made due to a tradelink stuff up. No solution was offered except to place a new order which would take another 15 working days. Was forced to buy a floorstock vanity elsewhere as my builders were ready to start. Very disappointing. Be wary if you are on a timeline.

The branch manager is great and goes out of his way every time I need something, his team lags behind a fair bit. Stock quantity is not always great either especially trade waste and gas products.
