What great service , I came in with Mum over the weekend, the staff couldn’t be more experienced and expert , then I called on Monday the staff member I spoke to was equally wonderful, these are the people that make business so easy ,, we’ll done team

It took 13 weeks and no updates to deliver a phone before finally confirming the phone had been destroyed in transit (after several complaints). Vodaphone took 15 mins to order the phone and transfer my service with no hassle - the phone will be here in 2 days with express shipping. Unbelievable.

what's the point of saying it opens on Saturdays here at Google and not opening? i've been waiting in front since 9:00 and nothing... vodaphone was open

Good staff... Helpful. Friendly. But armless.Mobile service....I refuse to blame shop staff for Telstra's loss of my love. (Don't shoot The messenger)...It's a pity Telstra have taken all the ability away from the staff if you need help.Unfortunately they are now powerless to help you in most situations. Telstra makes you call their automated queue. That takes way too long to get yourself to the correct department. I was talking to the que robot for over 10 minutes just to get in another long wait que. When I finally got to talk to a human. They said ... 'they can do that in-store' . I was standing in the store already on my phone for 15 minutes.. while the staff tended to people walking in the door.. Telstra's pre paid rates are literally three times more expensive than the next biggest local telco . If you live in the City . You don't need this brand. Coverage is good with cheaper brands.

Below average service. Senior staff took a break over assisting staff member who had questions. Took over hour to get basic phone upgrade.

Just okay , Customer service , Need some improvement , when I went there I had to wait , even though I was the only customer I had to call them out , and they still kept on checking the books and pamphlets when I asked them about the services .Maybe the representative was new .But I hate the wait , that's the reason for 3 stars.

Excellent shop and stff attend to the customers with excellent service mindset. A young gentleman served me, i think born in Australia from Bengali background, he was super respectful and very friendly. I got my business Samsung 23 Ultra with his assistance.
