Used them over the past 20 years for odd fitting. My latest ordeal was a big job they completely ripped me off. And very rude experience. Workers are uneducated in their field. Hydrautech is correcting the problems ENZED gave me.

Very helpful and highly recommend.Was searching for some gas pipe fittings and after visiting 3 other specialised plumbing stores that couldnt provide what I needed, these guys had what I needed in stock and the knowledge to go along with it. Will defintly be my first stop next time I need anything plumbing related.

been here a number of times now and each time ive had a really plesent time,the guys are super nice and understand what i need and discussed a number of options with me to see what would work best for what i was doing, always super fast when making hoses and i found them to be quite cheap

The guys at Enzed are awesome. I have a 150mm cutter that seized on my water jet, Enzed is my first stop always, but they couldn't fit me in for a week, so I rang around and no one else was confident to touch it.Trav in the work shop said he would have a look, not only did the legend fix it but he gave me a run down on how to maintain it. Couldn't speak highly enough of there service, thanks Enzed.

I have been an occasional customer of Ballarat Hydraulics for the last decade usually only buying hoses and fittings. About a year and a half back I obtained a quote for some technical work which seemed both vague and high. Subsequently I gave the job to a competitor in Ballarat who did a very good job for a very good price. About 5 months ago I commissioned them to make me a metal hydraulic line for an intermittently used backhoe of mine. Since installing it I could never stop it from weeping oil at one of its connections. Finally about three weeks ago removing it and having noticed that it was of a slightly different shape to the original, I brought it back suggesting some reshaping and testing. One of the guys at the front (who are always friendly and courteous), tested it and reshaped it. He said the test showed no leaks and it should work. Upon finishing his work, I could see and hear a woman in the background with long grey hair insist that I be charged for the work. The young man serving me charged me a discount price at the ostensible annoyance of the woman of apparent authority. Upon being charged I calmly enquired as to whether charging me was appropriate given the circumstances to which this woman in the background commented, ”Whatever you reckon mate!” and nothing more, no inquiry or conversational interaction of any sort. I paid and left amazed at the poor customer service skills. Subsequently in reinstalling it I found the same leak and by taking it to this same competitor for testing was informed that the welding was indeed faulty. This competitor then re-welded it at a discount price due to my account and it now doesn’t leak. Ballarat Hydraulics wasted my time and hydraulic oil so I would say that they may be good for retail purchases, but not technical work and although the front staff have good customer service skills, some of the background staff are communicatively dysfunctional.

As a medical professional I have no idea about the plumbing issues, recently got an emergency problem with an important medical equipment, equipment engineer said it’s a plumbing issue, called around 10 different plumbing companies but waste of time , then got lucky tried these guys, they attended the issue on an emergency basis ,Peter explained the problem and fixed it then and there, no mocking around,Very happy customer, full marks.
