APM Employment Services - Modbury

I would give 0 stars but anywho, this is the most unprofessional rudest and worst job provider I have ever been the staff are so rude and talk down at you they don't care about you as a client all they care about is meeting their goals, also there is no excuse for missing your appointment you have to be there and never mind if you have something planned already you best cancel your plans to be there. when ever you call them you can barley hear them because you can hear all the background noise of staff laughing and chatting and being rude to each other they are just the worst DON'T GO HERE EVER!

Made to wait 40 minutes again today, the manager must be encouraging it.I'm sick of constantly being treated like a child and being lied to, the only person there that seems to care is Kimberly.

I am so happy with Des at ModburySue is my job provider and being on a carers payment to all of a sudden job seeker she made me feel at ease from first meeting and continues to help and build up my self esteem

Luckily I only leaned on the finical system for a small amount of support, but for a lot of other people this is not the case. Many people are at the mercy of this system for all of their income, and these employment providers treat these people with so much disrespect. Payments can be pulled at a moments notice (Normally only days or hours before a payment is schedule to arrive), and the communication for the reasons or how to get them back is practically non existent. It feels like a bunch of people who gorging themselves on the small amount of power they have by mistreating the people they have been employed to help, and I am so happy to not have to rely on them anymore, even if it means I am not able to get the small amount of financial support that I am actually very much entitled to after paying taxes for years when I was able to.

I am a full-time student, and yet they still make appointments in the middle of the week, and everytime I tell my case worker (Rami) to fix this or call me, he NEVER does!! I am doing the right thing by the government, why can he get away with messing me around? He screws up, and I have to pay for it.

If I could give 0 stars I would- Absolutely infuriating trying to deal with these people! I have rung up 5 times and they take my details and say ‘we will have someone call you back’ they have NEVER returned a phone call. Also 3 separate times I rang, the phone was answered, could hear laughing and talking and was then hung up on. If you are allocated to this job provider do yourself a favor and transfer to a different one!

Terrible waste of time just like all the other JSP'sThese guys say they wont help you for the first 6 months and that you'll only have phone appointments where they will call you, but apparently calling you is too much work for them. The one time I called them, Aimee said she was busy

This is by far the WORST job provider I've ever been to. The job consultant, Aimee, is unbelievably rude, condescending and unprofessional. It's ridiculous to me, that a company that is supposed to help people find jobs, would hire Aimee to represent them. I'd highly suggest management relieve her of her current position.

I highly recommend SUE at APM Modbury. if you want the help you need and someone who will help a lot and has a lot of respect I highly recommend going to see SUE at APM Modbury as she is amazing at what she does and will do anything to help you get a job. THANK YOU SUE. LUKE.H.
