I don't know who the old lady is but she was extremely rude and downright intolerant. I went in to enquire and she told me the my money wouldn't be good in store. She needs to get fired, I'll be telling everyone I know to stay away from this horrible place.

Thankyou to the Ladies at Proctors Jewellers for fixing my watch, called in with a broken pin yesterday they where able to fix it straight away and they never charged me. Thank you very much again very good service and the nicest ladies to deal with.

Wouldn't go to that shop ever again. I have no idea who the lady is, she is an older lady but jeez how rude and aggressive she is.

Highly recommended. I walked in today with a loose stone in my engagement ring. I was greeted warmly and the kind lady immediately showed interest and asked to see the ring. She saw the one claw that had been opened and asked another lady if she could fix it. She was honest and said there was a possibility of it breaking with her bending it back again. I accepted that. In a matter of two minutes, it was fixed. No charge. By gum! How often do you get that these days. So I asked to have my ring cleaned. My ring looks brand new for $10. They all brightened my day. It was a huge contrast compared with another renowned jeweller in town, who did not acknowledge my entering the shop until I said , ‘Excuse me’ and then without even looking at the damage on my ring, she discarded me, and said there would be at least a three week wait. I’m going back to Bill Proctors to have some design work done with creating a pendant.
