Friendly and knowledgeable staff very clean room ideally located in Geelong highly recommend room perfectly set up to stay very quiet

Good service. Only thing I didn't love was that some of the cutlery wasn't washed and that the lights were very dim! Other than that it's great :)

I was told there is Foxtel. No Foxtel. No Wi-Fi. unimpressed cheap dose not make up for that. Also told if bed not comfortable enaf go to Chiropractor to fix my back .... that was rood.. being Easter..Not an exskuse for no Wi-Fi.or high praise for room

Used a blacklight around the room and the only thing that was really dirty was the floor. Parking spaces are tiny so be careful. Other than that the receptionist was very accommodating with my request the place is close by to Cafe's and a small supermarket

Had the loveliest stay at this motel! The owner is very lovely, great servive and price for the location. We stayed in a queen bed room which had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The room was neat and clean however a little outdated. I would highly reccommend staying here!

Clean and spotless. Great showers and close to everything we needed. A little older but still I would stay here again. Beds were comfortable. The only minus is parking is a little tight. Across the road from the footy stadium and pubs and cafes near by

Cleaner then our own house:) perfectly friendly staff and human. Not just robots.We will be back here. Just book direct. Cheaper talking to a human then any special sale website.

My husband booked a family room last evening for Thursday night only to receive a call at 2:30 pm today (day before travel) to say theyde received on online booking today and OUR room was no longer available. My husband gobsmacked said well it was last night when I booked it so it SHOULD NOT have been available to book online!!!. He was told it had been booked online and was now no longer available to us...... I've b ooked plenty of accomm online and they don't advertise available when there isn't any. More like they've taken another booking today for a longer period of time. This would explain not bothering to phone us until 2:30 pm. Probably also explains why they didn't ask for credit card.........that way they can just cancel for a better deal!!!!!. Notice you didn't offer to explain to our kids why were not going now!!!!!WILL NEVER BOOK HERE AGAIN.

As a Support Worker potentially securing a homeless client a weeks accommodation when he was in crisis seemed ideal. Sent confirmation to Jenny to be informed 30 hours later the room had been double booked, no alternative date offered, poorly managed communication, zero care factor.Would not recommend.
