I am not sure what happened to this company. I have used them a few times, spanning 15 years. The service then was good. Now it is is slow bordering on dodgy. They just don't deliver anymore, what they promise they are going to. Maybe they are going bankrupt. Beware.

The blinds and curtains are of a good quality. The problem is the after sales service where they take a long time to respond and you end up having to call again and again. I tried to work collaboratively with them about the length of curtains which was not right and so far they've been unwilling to fix the problem or come up with a solution, even though they said they'd get someone to get back to me. My expensive curtains are still too short. What a waste of time and money. I can't recommend this company.

The staff at Rolletna are some of the best in the business. A client of mine in Woollahra needed an electric retractable awning, roughly 4m x 9m, installed before Xmas. Rolletna had quite short notice for this and they exceeded all expectations in customer service, delivery and installation. They have done a fantastic job and my client couldn't be happier with it. Special recognition to Jane in the office for enabling this job to fit into the tight schedule before Xmas and Jamie with installation.

Their attitude was a positive can do and that they certainly provided.Do not understand the other negative reviews as I certainly found Rolletna to be very competent in the service they provided me

Fantastic Product, Installation and ServiceFabulous experience and they live by there motto of keeping the customer happy. Pelmet hides the blinds and you would not know they are there after a great installation. Also after installation service and help has been fabulous and prompt. Highly recommend this company and the friendly staff.

Just had Jamie one of the technicians come to mu house and correct by blinds winding up and down. Not only was he on time courteous he patiently showed me how i can fix it myself next time. Thank you so much will definitely recommend your company to everyone.

Breaking Point, Worst Service Ever Went for the More expensive Quote and Locally made Product Big Mistake, Installation is schoolboy standard at best. Still waiting after six months for some sort of finished product that blew apart in light wind due to bad installation. Made to feel like its all the customers fault and no communication what so ever until its invoice time.Well done guys I don't write reviews often and never negative.

Service, Service, Service oh and great products too!What a great experience from start to finish. Excellent advice from product experts with the vision to know what would work to match our needs. Jamie and the team were able to explain the implications of different options and the ensured we got the products that were right for us. We love our blinds and are really glad we took the option to add powered blinds in the lounge room where we have 4 large windows. Rolletna will not let you down!!

Not impressed at all.We did our house about 3.5 years ago, since day one we have had so many issues with wrong lengths, bad placements and just written all ove the work was I don't care".With the 5 year included warranty
