Couldn't recommend Neil high enough! He is so knowledgeable and really tailors every session to what is most suitable for my skin and how I react. He is great value for money and dedicated to helping people remove their regretful tattoos. I drive an hour and a half each way because he really is that great. 5 stars!

I came to Neil through a friend to get a second session done on my tattoos! Neil was so friendly and so chill and honestly for me a very painless experience. He gave me such a fair price and was able to fit me with a time that suited me even on a day he normally does not work! Really would recommend:) Thanks so much

Very professional and respectful business. Great prices and very honest. Adjusted the equipment and helped me get through the treatment when I was finding it to be a bit sore and I felt relaxed once we’d moved onto the second tattoo. Was very helpful and understanding when I was running late lost trying to find the entrance. Happy to be doing my tattoo removal treatment here.

Neil was very friendly and listened to what my needs were. I would highly recommend the tattoo removal from him. It didn't hurt much, more than getting the tattoo in the first place, but not much more. After two treatments the tattoo was gone, and he told me if I needed any more work on the area he wouldn't charge. Thanks Neil.

Felt really welcome walking into Gold Coast laser skin clinic. Neil is so friendly. He made sure I was comfortable with the tattoo removal process & asked about any concerns in regards to pain. They have a Koolio laser cooling system which is so helpful for relieving discomfort during the process. Great experience! See you again soon for the next treatment.

As someone who is on the ASD spectrum and is incredibly socially awkward and nervous, I have to say that Neil made me feel comfortable and welcome immediately.Neil was incredibly professional and has an absolutely amazing bedside manner for his clients.He was exceptionally informative and thorough, and very receptive to my needs and comfort during the laser procedure. I had no questions as all had been explained before I could even think to ask.The clinic itself was wonderfully clean and left me with zero concern upon walking in. The procedure was insanely quick and precise. I am now looking forward to my next appointment and I truly can't recommend Gold Coast Laser Skin Clinic enough.
